Georgia Judge Grants December 7th Hearing Date For Sidney Powell

US District Judge Timothy Batten has set a December 7th hearing for Sidney Powell’s lawsuit which encourages independent experts to review Domionin voting machines that were used in Georgia during the 2020 Election.

The hearing follows Batten’s order barring three counties from wiping data from voting machine-data. Powell’s lawsuit pointed to statistical anomalies that came to light after experts reviewed Fulton County results.
