On Wednesday, it was revealed Pence’s attorney discovered around a dozen classified documents in his Indiana home. All of the documents were turned over to the FBI and there is no evidence of any wrongdoing on his part; however, some are still speculating as to why such sensitive materials were found at Pence’s residence.
The recent discovery of classified documents at former Vice President Mike Pence’s home follows the appointment of two special counsels to investigate both President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump’s handling of confidential documents.
This news follows the discovery over the weekend that more confidentia ldocuments had been found at Biden’s home. This news only deepened suspicions among Republicans that this latest investigation could be nothing more than a smokescreen designed to draw attention away from Biden’s own potential indiscretions with confidential materials.
