On Monday, security camera footage released by authorities showed the chilling events that unfolded when a 28-year-old female shooter arrived at Covenant School in Nashville.

The video showed the woman entering by shooting through glass doors and walking around the building with an assault rifle held up. As alarms blared, she moved through hallways, opening doors and looking into rooms.

This video may be disturbing for some viewers. Discretion is advised.

Law enforcement soon arrived on the scene and exchanged fire with her from outside the school before two Metro Nashville cops entered and killed her. Police said their search of her home later yielded a “manifesto” along with maps of the school drawn in detail that even included points of entry. Authorities have yet to release details on her motive or any other information regarding what may have led to this attack.

Six people were killed in total, including three 9-year-old children who attended the private Presbyterian school for preschool to sixth graders, and three adults aged 60 and above: Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs, William Kinney, Cynthia Peak, Katherine Koonce (the head of Covenant School), and Mike Hill.
