Biden Caught With Notecard To Help Him Answer “Tough” Questions About Putin

On Monday, Joe Biden was caught talking to reporters while referring to a notecard labeled “Tough Putin Q&A Talking Points.”

The notecard was carried by Biden during a recent press conference. A reporter nearby was able to get a photograph of its contents. From the picture posted on Twitter, it says in part:

  1. If you weren’t advocating for a regime change, what did you mean? Can you clarify?
    • I was expressing the moral outrage I felt toward the actions of this man
    • I was not articulating a change in policy.

It is speculated that Biden’s notecard is an attempt to walk back at least one of the many gaffs Biden made during his NATO trip last week. Particularly, the White House had to talk back Biden’s off-the-cuff remark about Putin which was, “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.”
