On Thursday, Former Vice President Biden held a press conference and announced new sanctions that will be carried out against Russia and their unprovoked invasion into the peaceful democracy of Ukraine.
Biden said the sanctions that are being imposed upon Russian banks, elites and various exports of technology components. The intent is to damage Russia’s economy and military pursuits.
One of the more-notable moments during Joe’s press conference was his apparent refusal to answer a question regarding directly sanctioning Putin directly.
