New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has a sixth woman accusing him of sexual misconduct, alleging Chris Cuomo’s brother non-consensually last year.
The incident in question took place last year, while inside the governor’s mansion. According to the Times-Union, “The woman’s supervisors recently became aware of the allegation and alerted the governor’s councel of it on Monday.”
Acting counsel to the governor Beth Garvey did not address this allegation specifically. However, she said, “All allegations that we learn of directly or indirectly are going promptly to the investigators appointed by the attorney general.
On Tuesday, Cuomo said he has not touched a woman in an “inappropriate” way. “As I said last week, this is very simple: I never touched anyone inappropriately. … I never made any inappropriate advances … No one ever told me at the time that I made them feel uncomfortable. Obviously, there are people who said after the fact they felt uncomfortable,” Cuomo said on Tuesday.
