Biden’s Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre made headlines after abruptly walking out of a press conference after a reporter requested multiple times to ask a question.

Simon Ateba, a reporter with Today News Africa, challenged Jean-Pierre saying he is passed over for questions and does not provide answers to the questions he tries to ask.

IN the exchange on Thursday, Ateba was trying to ask about Biden’s upcoming meeting with African leaders at the U.S.-Africa Summit.

He asked, “Karine, why is it so hard to take a question on the U.S.-Africa Summit, when the President is meeting 50 African leaders, the biggest gathering of leaders of his administration?. Why is it hard for you to give me a question?”

Jean-Pierre then said she did not believe it was difficult for her to hear his question. Ateba shot back by saying “it’s been months” since he’s been called on.

Jean-Pierre stormed out of the Press Room after a few more exchanges with Ateba.
