The documents commonly known as “the Twitter files” have revealed the Democratic party and politicians have worked closely with Twitter to suppress and remove unfavorable stories and user accounts.
On Friday, Elon Musk, through journalist Matt Taibbi, released internal communications showing how Twitter helped Democrats enact unprecedented censorship on conservatives leading up to the 2020 election.
Of the notable Democrats implicated in the released communications, Arizona Governor-elect and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs had contacted a 501 nonprofit called the Centor of Internet Security (CIS) to remove a Twitter profile for “election related misinformation.”
The request was made through Hobbs’ Secretary of State office. Included in the request was a worker at the Department of Homeland Security’s Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency.
Unreal! Katie Hobbs’s office contacts Twitter to have posts removed! So, the democrat candidate, who ran the AZ election, censored her political opponents, disrupted Election Day votes, and then threatened counties with prosecution if they didn’t declare her the winner. pic.twitter.com/TWIgHHPqkd

The CIS employee directly requested twitter saying, “Please see this report below from Arizona SO office. Please let me know if you have any questions.”
The employee at Twitter responded with “Thank you… Both tweets have been removed from the service.”
Hobbs has recently won the Arizona Governor seat in a very contested election. Her Republican challenger Karri Lake has not conceded the election. She also characterized the leaks about Hobbs as a “conflict of interest, coercion, corruption.”
Lake, in an attempt to overturn the election, is reportedly planning to sue Maricopa Country.
In a recent tweet she posted a video entitled “an update on our Fight, Arizona.
