Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is taking a stand against the last bastions of mandated mask-wearing: the airline industry.
On Thursday, Senator Paul said, “When the Senate returns to session, I will be introducing an immediate repeal of the mask mandate on planes. Enough! Time to stop this farce and let people travel in peace!”

The real battle Paul is fighting is with the Transport Security Administration (TSA), as they have mandated that ALL those who wish to fly in commercial airlines wear masks and adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols. These mandates are set to last until at least September 13, 2021.
Senator Paul, a physician who has treated actual people (unlike Dr. Fauci), has been a long-standing proponent for easing COVID restrictions, mainly targeting mandated mask-wearing, often calling the practice “theater.”
