During his visit to Arizona, Biden responded to a question about why he wasn’t visiting the border by saying “there’s more important things going on.”

Biden responded, “Because there are more important things going on.” They’re going to invest billions of dollars in a new enterprise.”
Biden’s reference to “a new enterprise” involves Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.’s plans to create a chip plant in Arizona. This, according to CNBC, would at an additional $40 billion to the economy.
